August Update

For the my last week in Williamsburg, I continued to perform hydrogen/deuterium exchange (h/d exchange) on b2+ ions of the lysine (and its homologs) tetrapeptide(s), and h/d exchanage with aspargine and glutamine and their methyl esters. In addition, I worked up calculations of the rate of h/d exchanges before I left. The rest of this month will consisted of reading research papers, and supplementary material to write my honors paper. For September, I probably read more scientific papers and prepare for the poster presentation for the Summer Research Showcase.
