Original Kinesiology Image & Reflection

The image was taken from the past academic year, and I have experimented with it the whole summer. I can imagine how fun it is to play with it because my experiments were very similar to mixing and matching a variety of image editing tools. Computer vision is obviously more challenging than the typical imaging editor due to the code that plays a role in identifying and quantifying every pixel. When I first used the OpenCV documentation, I used every method from edge detection to background subtraction, and blob detection became a more specified goal for my thesis. I even have a new name for the thesis: The Development Of Blob Detection Software Used On Senior Patients During Falls Prevention Testing At Williamsburg Landing, Virginia.

See you in the next post!
